She graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science and then a Master of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders. As her clinical skills evolved, she became attuned to the importance of social communication and the impact that intervention in this area could make for her students. She developed a passion for implementing social communication interventions into her sessions and teaching her students’ teams to further their understanding of social communication, how it impacts a student academically and socially, and their role in supporting its development. Never did she imagine owning a private practice, but she is grateful to the many mentors who have nurtured her understanding and skills in the area of social communication and for the opportunity to partner with Lindsey and Rachel.

FUN FACTS: Veronica is a yogi at heart and loves bringing mindfulness to her therapy sessions. When she is not working, you can find her in the hot yoga room, spending time with her family, walking her dog Indy, or relaxing at the lake.
